Nutritional neuroscience is study that let us know about the effects of various components of the diet such as protein, carbohydrates, fats, minerals, vitamins, nutrients, food additives, and synthetic hormones on neurobiology, neurochemistry, behavior, and cognition of the brain. It also deals with the well-being of the mental state of a being.
